Palestinian Delegation Visit to Cementra Plant

In corporation with Downtown for Transport and Investment , Cementra hosted a delegation from Palestine, consisting of Ready-mix concrete and Precast companies in addition to concrete and cement laboratories experts to visit the company's plant site in Mafraq; part of an orientation program to Cementra’s plant operations, products and services.

The visit oversaw the cement production stages, starting with the mining stage, raw materials preparation and leading to the burning stage at the rotary Kiln with the production of Clinker. The delegation was also introduced to the process of manufacturing cement post grinding and the Bulk/Bag packing stage. The quality control department and pertinent laboratories and the supportive processes and procedures were also presented. The overall visit and discussions were of added value to all parties; particularly through the presentation of production, quality procedures, products, safety measures and environmental protection.
